Bae Fuel Heads

Does somebody make a square plug to put in the fuel heads if you take the down nozzles and fuel rails out? ...or is a mill and some silicone best?

is there something on there to plug the square hole on each side of the head? That's what I was talking about, I wasn't real clear on that...sorry.
