I'm running aluminum heads on a blown alcohol big block. pretty basic stuff big brodie's with standard water jackets.
Here's the question... can I fill them with something to strengthen them? Hard Blok maybe?
Figured somebody out there had considered it before? Will it work?

Well I'll give it a try to answer your question.
I think trying to fill the heads with Hard Blok would be very difficult because of the small passeges in the heads.
And if you ever damaged the heads welding on them would be almost impossible

    Hope this helps

    Brodix

We build a fair amount of BB Chevy's with up tp 38 lbs and Brodix heads. We never have any problems with pushing chambers are head gaskets. They are pretty tough without any filler. And like Bob said, a good repair would be almost impossible.
