Go to your local automotive paint store & get some adhesive remover, you can still get the good stuff if you don't live in So Cal.
You can usually grind the case enough to fit the 9.5
I think it has a lot to do with set-up, maintenance, type of oil used, but yea. 58 runs on the set in the car right now.
