Belt Recert.

Hey is anyone else having as much problem with Impact Racing as I am.
I'm trying to exchange my belts for recert. They told me it would be no more than two weeks. I call, they don't call me back, and it's been over two weeks. Anybody in the same boat?

 

i ordered a visor a month ago.. it was faster to have my friend go to indy and buy it for me..

 

there service has been dissappointing. last year i ordered a brand new light weight 20 suite, boots, gloves, belts, underwear, and helmet. the suit came soon after it was made but everything else they told me couple of weeks. i waited nothing showed up and then when i would call no answer or return call. i drove there and they handed everything to me. didn't understand why i took that but it did.

 

I had to wait over 1 month on new cheek pads for a $700 helmet I bought. Originally told 1 week. Horrible customer service.
