i just got a stg 10 kb block, after wating about three months, and it has cracks in between the cyl's that run about half way to the bottom of the block,is this common for the big bore blocks to crack there, and if so does it hurt to run this block,as i said i bought this thing three months ago and it just showed up today, thanks in advance

i have seen them crack between the cylinders on the bigger bore stuff. just drill a small hole at the end of the crack to prevent it from spreading any farther. What is the od.of the sleeve? I have put 100 runs on blocks that are cracked like yours without any problems. They usually crack in the first 10 to 15 runs.
