80a pump overdrive

im right at the edge of an 80a-1 pump, who makes a pump overdrive for this unit? any idea(ballpark) what ill need to get another gallon out of it? flows 6.56 now@4000

 

Lenco used to make them. Maybe they still do.
There is also the possibility of stepping up to the Enderle 600.
That's what I use on SBC blown engines.

The 600 would work, a 760 would be prime. I have a want add in the classifieds looking for either of these pumps. Just trying to keep from spending 500 out of pocket if i can get an overdrive relatively reasonable

You might want to talk to those that have the flow bench to help you. Try Spud at FIE. Fuel Injection Enterprise. Why guess.

 

Just trying to get a rough estimate, ill give fie a call though. I believe i may be interested in that overdrive

 

An 80A - 1 @14 % over should flow 7.77 galls @ 8000 @ 100 lbs back pressure if the pump is any good,

6.81 with NO overdrive
