Valve Spring seat pressure

    What seat pressure should I set-up my valve springs on Bae 6 fat heads? Intake and Exhaust?

    Spring Pressure

    Alot depends on your cam. If your running the old 296/500 then I would say between 380 to 400lbs on the seat @ 2.05 to 2.100.

    I run 480-500 in intake and 420-440 exhaust. PAC 1360. Cant do any better. We run a m5 14-20 od and turn 10,200 rpms.
