weld wheels pitting and look bad ? polishing help

i bought them new 1 year ago
they are pitting
i tryed never dull they make the clean spots look great but the pitting looks bad still

i think it is caused by the soap (shampoo) i use to mount and dismount them
any help please
ia there a clear coat on them
can i wet sand and re polish them

You can wet sand them, but if you do make sure to do it in steps with 1500-2000-2500 use diesel fuel or ATF and as you do it make sure to sand in one direction. Then I polish. If it doesnt look to my expectations, I sometimes scotch brite them in the same direction and repolish. I also have this polish I got from a guy that is unbelievable we use it on or trailer wheels which get pitted in New England.

 

I have a friend who works in a place that makes dish soap
I almost flipped when he told me how much salt is used to make soap

so it is the soap ....never knew that much salt was in it

are they clearcoated ?

 

what's brand of polish and where can i get it...lots of polish aluminum on my altered and need something good i don't need to spend week doing it..
