New to the Hemi stuff, what are you guys running for valve springs on the exhaust side? I am currently running the PSI springs on the exhaust that came with the engine. After a couple of runs I have to change springs because they are weak. I start around 490 lbs and they are dropping to around 380 or so. This is my first time running PSI springs also. Thanks for any input or experiences.

Manley 1461 - best spring I've ever used. That said, what size and how heavy are your valves? A triple spring may be a better option for you.

I use pac1360 on the exh side. Usually get around 30-40 runs before they're wore out. I expirenced the exact same thing with psi. Never went back

I currently am running the 1258's which coil bind at 1.13. I'm looking at the 1355H from PAC. I have run the PAC 1360's and the 1361's in the past with great results. Any feedback on the 1355H's or PAC in general? Would adding valve spring oil spray coolers be beneficial or a lost cause?

We run the 1355H in TF and really like them. We run them at 2.025" installed spring height (@580#), .850" lift which takes them down to 1.175" (.045" before bind) on the intake side and let them run down to 550# after 3-4 runs. We then move them to the exhaust side (.800" lift) and can shim them up to another .050" down to 1.975" installed spring height until they drop to 520# about another 3-4 runs and them cycle them out. Load loss results may be better with a taller installed height and lower installed load.
