B&U enderle hat cable bracket

anyone running a B&U enderle hat[tall] that can goive me a measurement of there cable bracket from where it bolts to hat to bottom of it?

i'm wanting to build one myself and powder coat it with a few other small parts i have..going to do powder coating this week end so no time to get cable and figure out measurements that way..;;;pics would be good but not needed..just helps me see where you measureing from..

also do these brackets tilt toward front or just straight down from hat..looked at pics on net but can't tell from pics..
