Cooler with a fan, but you could easily plumb into a cooler also for a quicker cooldown. But, you probably won't need on it cools quickly.

one more time......I found a couple 12 volt pumps that will take the heat but would prefer a 110 volt setup. Anyone know of anything? Like I said in a prior
post I would buy a complete unit if anyone makes one that isn't $2500

You want to pull the fluid out of the converter as well...as it's the hottest point...otherwise it's not effective. I believe the Torque Converter Services unit does this, was told the ERD/Spiering unit doesn't.

I was planning on sucking out of the pan and push it back through the cooler ports on the trans. That should cool the converter doing it that way?

It would cool it down some but the hot fluid would still be inside the converter as it was explained to me.

That's what I'm thinking also.Could maybe spin the motor over in the pits when the spark plugs are pulled so it would circulate?A couple short bursts with the starter

Our fluid in the pan is usually about 40-50 degrees, i figure it will mix with the other and be sufficient, we've had no heat related issues

    Lightweight Racing ATF

We've released a new Red Line Lightweight Racing ATF that is used by many of the turbo NMCA guys as well as in the Lenco and B&J planetary trans of many of our alcohol racers.

It will drop the heat built up in these transmissions dramatically without increasing the slip that comes with these Dex III fluids that many are using. It's extremely stable, too.

Is it being used successfully in the Lencodrive setup? The problem with Synergyn Super Shift was that it was too slick, the trans needed friction for the clutches to work properly. Basically the Synergyn burned up the clutches, are you saying this is fixed with the Redline?
