    Bolt Suppliers

A lot of bolts I can get from my local heavy truck body manufacturer and repair. They have everything up to 1"x12 G8 yellow cadmium. Marro's truck & equipment in Waterloo NY.

I found Automotive Fasteners Inc. last year when i needed some special bolts, one was L9 (Grade 9 bolts) for my clutch stands, I damaged the set that were in one clutch and wanted to change the thickness of my floaters on another. I was too cheap to pay for the high dollar bolts from the clutch companies.

I emailed them for a quote from their internet site but they were not "quick" getting back, I called one of their locations for the quote, a couple days later I got an email with a quote from a different branch. There was a 20% difference in cost. So now I always call the branch that gave me the better quote, to purchase various bolts I can not get locally. Most of the time for the L9 - Grade 9 bolts. I would call a couple different branches and get quotes.

I bought the bolts for 2 clutches 12 adjustable stand bolts and 6 of the short stand bolts for $33, the bolts from the clutch companies were something like $125 per clutch.
