If you don't want to check valves between rounds a Hemi is not for you. Get an LS with hydraulics.
Its perfectly fine for what you are doing. I have same combo. Sounds like the repair was not the best. Try and get Andre at BAE to look at it.

All you can do is balance the best you can and or get a setback plate. What does it do on a run?
Yes seems normal to me and I have a set back plate. The blower forces the fuel to the front. I find as long as you can maintain 350ish at idle...
The serial number wont guarantee any measurements unless it new. Its probably been worked on a lot.
How do you help even then out at idle. Mine go from 350 on front cylinders to 750 on rear cylinders? 14/71 HHR littlefield blower with setback plate.
