Sent the thing to Bruno for lock up conversion, it wouldn’t lock up. Then sent it to Tutterow for second stage lockup. After getting it in the car it still doesn’t lock up. Converter drive was very hot, pulled pan and filter was almost plugged with debris that I’m assuming came from the band. I sent it to a guy in to to be fixed then he didn’t have time to fool with it. So now I have it back and really need someone to fix it that has the knowledge to fix it. I am looking at a ty drive but to me it’s the same thing just littler version.

What was the pressure on 2 step and with lockup on?

have you taken converter apart to check clutches?

I’ve heard there is a matching trick the Bruno needs to make it work a hell of a lot better. No idea of this is true or not. Waiting to hear from you guru’s.

Would seem to me you have been sending this thing all over the place, at tremendous cost and expense, with nobody taking ownership of the problem.

Why don't you send the whole package to Bruno, or Marty, and insist that they make it work for you?? That's what I would do.

I did send it back to Bruno, he said there was nothing wrong with it. Later I find out there not enough pressure to lock it up 100%. Sent to Tutterow and he was going to go through it. Ultimately he only put check valve, pressure canister, sent little electronic solenoid dodad in the box and sent it back to me after a substantial expensive invoice. I got it all back put in and that sumbitch still don’t kick up one to one, just blows some fluid out.....

How much co2 pressure do you have going to the lockup accumulator?

You should have 250# that way when you turn 2nd stage of the lockup on your pressure should go to around 250#

Do you have a catch can (1 qt) mounted as high as you can in the car.

I like to have have it drain back into the pan and you dont have to worry about it.
