Probably a dumb question but are there any downsides/problems with zip tieing 4 spark plug wires together in a bundle without seperators with a promag 44?

There is always that possibility of crossfire especial if the wires have aged. You can make a separator by using the wire ties. Just leave the main outside tie loose until you separate them all with ties between the wires then tighten the outside one. It works well.

Reading resistance of the plug wires will not tell you if the insulation is breaking down and that is what will cause crossfire. TF cars change the wires a lot more than we do.
