Wrench for tightening inside head bolts

    Who makes a ratchet wrench for tightening the inside head bolts on a hemi?

    We use an inner head stud tool to torque them, but if you want a ratchet you maybe want to consider a ratchet spanner instead of a wrench. I don't know if snap on makes them, but others like blue point seem to do.

    Its called a torque adapter, Snapon, Mac, Proto, all have them, Matco changed about 2 years ago and are all spine now.

    On the fuel motors we torque at 65# max.

    As Far as ratchet wrenches I make my own, cut off the open end of any wrench and weld a piece of tube to (bow end)it ...you will also need to most likely grind some material off the head of the wrench

    Matco 9/16 ratchet wrench fits the inner stud nuts. It fits TFX and BAE i don't if it fits other blocks. Hope the helps. Snap-On and Mac are to big and hit the block.
