WOOTTON PLANNING ON SOME HOMETOWN COOKING AT BAYTOWN

<img src="http://insidetopalcohol.com/picture.php?pictureid=160&albumid=14&dl=1270680931&thumb=1" align="left" borders="0"/>Baytown, Texas – For Magnolia, Texas resident Kristen Wootton, this weekend’s Division 4 Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series event contested at Houston Raceway Park in Baytown is a homecoming of sorts. And for the 32-year young driver of the Wootton Racing / Cleanboostoil.com A/Fuel Dragster the second race of the NHRA Division 4 series is a platform for what she hopes in a return to winning ways.

Wootton is returning to the friendly confines of HRP, the home of her drag racing debut at the O’Reilly NHRA Nationals contested earlier this year. After a first-round loss to perennial NHRA Top Alcohol Dragster Champion Bill Reichert, Wootton and her CleanBoost® PERFORMANCE MOTOR OIL sponsored A/Fuel Dragster team captured their first NHRA Wally with a victory at the LODRS event in Dallas in late April.

“I am still buzzing around after winning that race in Dallas earlier and nothing would make me happier than to reward our team, marketing partners, our friends and family with another little gold-guy trophy this weekend,” noted Wootton. “We raced a few weeks ago in Topeka, Kansas and (crew chief) Joe Monden had our METTLE ARMOR Racing Oil protected A/Fuel Dragster running very well. We had a wild run in our round 2 race versus Courtney Force and I had to lift off the throttle to avoid crossing the center-line, but the car had its quickest incremental numbers ever on that run. Joe knows nitro and I’m excited about our chances this weekend at HRP.”

The Wootton Racing A/Fuel Dragster is the flag ship of the CleanBoost® PERFORMANCE MOTOR OIL racing team, by using their METTLE ARMOR 70 wt Nitro / Methanol Racing Oil to protect the internal engine parts of her 4,000 horsepower, injected-nitro powered Dragster. METTLE ARMOR™ is engineered to improve initial start-up wear protection and reduce friction providing improved efficiency for 1,000 to 8,000 horse power engines. Visual inspection and oil analysis has proven, when using METTLE-ARMOR™ reduced piston skirt, cylinder wear and bearing deformation are achieved and component life can be extended longer. Reduced oxidation on the oil will also allow for longer engine and component life, particularly when cylinder wash-down occurs.

“Don and Kristen Wootton have given us an exceptional return on our investment by promoting our new revolutionary products over the past few months in both of their cars,” noted Tim Charlet, the Director of Sales and Marketing for Combustion Technologies USA (http://www.combustionusa.com); the original manufactures of CleanBoost® products. “The proof is in the pudding as after 3 races, the team has experienced extended parts wear and saved a lot of money on not having to replace engine parts such as bearings, pistons and valve-train hardware. We are proud of this team and look forward to seeing them put their Cleanboostoil.com Dragster in the winner’s circle again.”
