which 8/71 std helix

what blower do you recommend for a competition drag altered under the following rules:-

wedge head, 366 ci max, iron block, 4.85 lbs per cube, 8/71 max, std helix, std rotor length, auto g/box.

As far as i can tell, there are 4 blowers that are suitable;- PSI, LB20, KOBELKO superman or DMPE M4

Your opinion would be greatly appreciated.
