Today a trailer passed me on the highway. It looked vaguely familiar but doesnt ring any big bells. It turned off on a gravel road not far from where I live. All I have to go by is the car number on the back of the trailer. Where can I go to find out who the owner/driver is? A/FC 5698 if I remember correctly.

On a search for the number on DRC I found the number for a Stock and a Super Comp car in D-5.

    too much info

In an age where you can yellow page a name and find out who and where a person lives, I wonder. what have we done to ourselves? In oregon not so long ago you could ask DMV about a car license and they would give it to anybody:eek: made it easy to find who owned it and where it was parked. made the thieves job easier. hmm whom has better parts? tf, ta, or ts. oh yeah, the bigger trailer:)

I put my number on my trailer and truck as theft prevention. For those who know, thats as good as a license plate.

Thats a good thought. A thief isnt likely to look on top for ID markings.

Its a gravel road, not a driveway. Im not sure exactly which one it was now but I may be able to find the place with maybe an hour of driving up and down the sections.
