wheelie bars

    I have noticed lately a few TAD teams not using wheelie bars on thier dragster, I have my own opinion on why they may not but cant be sure.does anyone have the correct answer? thanks

    Guys get the tune up set right the car will leave hard enough to make a good run but not hard enough to warrant a wheelie bar and the extra weight it entitles.

    stacy hit the nail on the head why we don't use one...weight. with our normal set up, it just kind of dances the fronts off the ground.

    i will say this, if you ever get one of those lock em up clutches, put your wheelie bar on! :eek:

    my self i like wheelie bars we run light on the front so it carries sometimes more than i like ,i have ran with and without and i find it has helped our car with them ,,but everyones got their own opinion this is just mine

    Well.... I say we DON"T run without them!
    But that is just us and my 2 cents! ;) :D
