Wheel center torquing

    What is the recommended torque figure for the wheel center bolts? (The fine pitch ones going into captives on the center) We're having our centers re-painted and want to make sure it's all back together right.

    I've read 24 ft/lbs with a drop of loctite? Obviously torqued up in a star pattern

    Weld told me 20 lbs. with a drop of red
