what's are the advantges and disadvantage having a small cluth pack or a big clutch pack from crower on a blown alky motor ? Also having a tall mannifold to a short using a psi d blower ? And a smaller fuel pump compared to a big fuel pump ?.

Lots of loaded questions. When you say big clutch pack versus small are you refering to clutch diameter or how many disks. A two disk clutch pach vs a three disk clutch pack with both the same diameter apply the same clamping force. The three disk is easier to keep in tune and disappates more heat than a two disk pack. A 3 disk pack is heavier than a 2 disk pack so accelaration will be a tad slower. A 10 1/2 disk applys more clamping per sq inch that a 10" clutch and a 10 1/2 disappates more heat than a 10" but again is heavier.
The fuel pump should be slightly larger than the most fuel you will need. It is far easier to run a pump sizer jet than to have a pump that is too small.

As far as the tall manifold and a PSI I believe only one combination will fit correctly and somebody out there will have to tell you which one.
