Not the case. The two spent all weekend together making laps.
Bucky will be making the start in Pomona, I heard he still has the itch to race and that he and Marty will continue working together until Bucky feels he is good and ready to start....and only Bucky will be the judge of that....did hear they had problems with tire shake, but all in all Marty did a good job...Marty did make the first run on Saturday (5.76).
Knowing Bucky, he will make 100 % sure the kid can drive and handle that car, before he lets him compete.
    We will see.

So the kid brings the sponsors and Bucky gets to race?

    nothing official

my sources say that there is nothing official on the deal. it may or may not happen with bucky. it also leaves open the possibility of him coming out with another car.

thanks Will for the info and the gentle chastisement. I couldn't resist it. I learned once and apparently forgot that if it feels good to say it then it probably is the wrong thing to say. Dave
