Truck Driver / Crew Member

I currently own and operate a family owned Top Fuel Sand Dragster we service the car in between rounds with only two guys . I am looking to move to the quarter mile . I am single and have no kids and very easy to get along with . I live in Lake Havasu City Az. If Any team is in need of a hard working dedicated guy let me know .
I obviously dont have a clue about getting on a team . Would anyone be willing to include me, for no pay to me ? Or do I actually need to bring money to the table ? Please someone tell me what I need to do this is my goal and dream in life . I am going to be on a team some year it would just be nice if it was in this century.
