Spreadsheet with costs needed

    All, looking to get an idea of the cost for running an alcohol operation. This refers to non-NHRA type operation such as Wild Bunch or booked-in races. I would not need the cost of initial entry such as the car/trailer/spares, although if you have a spreadsheet that contains such it would be fine.

    I am starting a nonprofit to benefit at-risk teens. I want them on a race team and would provide help and incentivize them to stay and finish high school and move on to trades or college. Most of these kids don't even know how basic life skills like balancing a checkbook.

    A detailed cost breakdown would be VERY helpful for me.
