Rear end gears

    I'm have a TAD with 36in rear tires what gear is everyone running 3 speed lenco 524 cid 270in WB

    might want to change your crankshaft first?

    Why would I want to replace my crankshaft?

    well, if you are running a legal tad combination the cubic inch is way too much !! so you would have to change the crankshaft to destroke the motor,along with a lot of other things.but if it's just a outlaw dragster-quick 8 ,or something like that it does not matter what the cubic inch is !!

    well i think if the car has a roots blower it is legal for tad with that moter . start with a 433 gear and go down to a 411 .

    your right!! was not even thinking about a roots setup. but since a screw blower can't run with a/fd,a roots combination in legal trim is out of the question!!
