Looking for a full set of pushrods.
I have a standard deck, standard cam, stage 4 K.B., with Brad 5 fatheads, black stands with stage 5, and Cluff rockers.

With 1 thread exposed beyond the locknut, and zero lash, I'm coming up with measurements of,
12.150, and 12.400, using an old .375 pushrod I cut in half and threaded the i.d. of.

My understanding is a straight .437 will have clearance issues. Single taper, dual taper, to many variables out there, and I have nothing but the .375 setup tool mentioned above. That's where you come in. I need real world experience to guide me, as my budget doesn't have room for mistakes.

Bob I have a set of pushrods I ran on a STD deck BAE with Brad 5 heads...don't know the length off hand but I've been carrying them in my trailer for years...will check them and get back with you.

Lots of grinding to get any pushrod to work from what I've seen. Are you sure about the stage 4 ?

    Absolutely.
Haven't bought anything that fit without grinding yet.

You still have me scratching my head.
Cant find anybody who knows of a KB Stage 4. Cluff only makes fuel head rockers. Do you have Alan Johnson Muscle Head black stands ?

I may be mistaken about the cluff part, but that's what I was told at the time of purchase.
Everything else I am certain of.
We've had the block since 82.

Is your measurement the OA length, or from tip to bottom of adjuster cup?
And, do you use 5/16" adjusters, or 3/8" adjusters (ball size, not thread size).
