Nostalgia Floppers Gone Crazy

So youve been asking yourself, Nostalgia funny car, that sounds like
fun racing. I wonder HOW MANY ARE OUT THERE ????

Well here is THE current list of Nostalgia AA/FC, This is the Nitro list,
and does not include Blown Alcohol, or injected Nitro/Alky cars.

What does the RED print mean ??
Since you mentioned it, what about a BB/FC, injected Nitro, injected alky list ??

 

I believe the red is for , 2nd car, process of being sold, waiting on car name, or being repaired.

As for BB/FC`S there are lots of them too but a list such as for the AA cars
have not been put together as yet, but here are two of the main Associations

Uhhh,......so you could build/buy a Nostalgia flopper and go to
the March Meet and Cali Hot Rod Reunion, or Bowling Green, Indy, FCR.

Once you have a car count like that , now the cut-throat starts !!! Now you people who will do it for about nothing , just to get booked in...example: Nitro pm cars started at $3000+, after everbody and their brother thought they could do,it is down to $1500 or less...you will have a few of the big name people (ones that can bring the spectators in) getting their money for their performance (well deserved) and others, at half price,(fill-in's)going broke trying to get to that level...
Been there, done that , still broke and still can't run with them...

Yea but the reality of the thing is if you sell yourself short, well then you wrote your own tombstone,.
.besides, nobody makes any money drag racing, its all about the show, nostalgia floppers etc etc..
.and also you will never see a car count as the one listed at one event EVER,..the most you will see anywhere
is at Bakersfield 32 showed up and 29 ran down the track this year at
the Cali Reunion, othere wise build it and have fun running it,.for peanuts or for the Glory..

Just got off the phone w/ Pat Scherr of 'Scherr Enterprises' they are building the body, it will be VRA/GG/CHRR legal !!

What kind of license is needed for them??, is an NHRA TAFC license acceptable??

 

Yes Ta/Fc license,..
then you need a Special Fuel License too.
For the Nitro part of the fun.
