NO ENTRY FEE in Div 4 !!!

This is from a HIGHLY reliable source.

As long as racers pre enter in Div. 4, there will be no ENTRY FEES for any alcohol racer.

not 100% official, but i'd put money on it.

glad to see the GOODGUYS setting the standard, maybe others will follow suit. from what zone has said, Div 6 has the same policy.

So, come on down, the water is fine....
