Mario Borg in his small block powered McKinney dragster lowered the record to 5.81 The track is an old world war 2 aerodrome

I didnt know they drag raced in Malta. Great run considering it was on a aerodrome and not on a track with VHT track bite. Do you have a website I could visit to know more about your races, thanks.

Bernie, I'll admit not a bad looking car! He's probably the only one! I'll bet a 6.30 car would clean up over there!

Max, yes Kent Nuckols is done and Lyle Greenberg who for the longest time had the quickest TAFC in NM (5.78@242) sold his car as well! Lawren Jones' is all that's left!

Dooooh! Forgot about Ol Tate! As for the number of Alky cars? There are at least 10-15 alky cars under 7.00!

    Hey King Nitro
A 6.30 car has no chance in Malta Toooooooo slow The Wells Blue Bunny car is now here since he bought Santos deal. We usually race in temps upwards of 90C which is about 85F up & 90 % humidity Our 372 small block runs 5.81 Is there one in the states going this quick ?
We are running at current NHRA legal weight and the cars a NHRA legal MC Kinney ex Mike Miller of Stealth with all the extras and runs our own billet heads. In the last two seasons our slowest run has been 5.99.

You guys might be interested to know that Jason Scruggs purchased a Rick Santos small block combination a few seasons ago. He has run as quick as 3.98 in the 1/8th mi. with his '63 Corvette making him one of the quickest Outlaw Pro Mods in the US.

Bernie, what's that car weigh? Santos' SB car weighed 1580! If he put Norm Grimes combo in that old car, that would be a scary ride!

Yeah except that if you put Norms combination in that car it would no longer weigh 1580lbs.
