metal trays/cookie sheets...where to get?

    Where's the place to get some metal work pan/trays? Are they some sort of baking tray?

    I can get the big blitz trays at any auto parts store, but those things are flimsy and sometimes too big.

    Restaurant supply house is where I get mine. Got one close to where I live that also sells used trays.

    Ditto what Mike said. The restaurant supply place I went to had pans in different thickness, so I had a choice. The ones I bought were Aluminum baking pans.

    Will, there is an Ace resteraunt supply over here on the west side of Houston. It's on Chimney Rock about 1/2 south of 59.
