liner and tire pressure blown altered

blown altered.. weighs 2140 lbs. lenco drive- 6500 stall .430 gear. best 60' is .936 .Bought new weld liner wheels, hoosier tubeless liners and hoosier 34.5 17 16 2055 tires .What tire pressure should i start with? ?What liner pressure? Also, when the tire moves on the rim how much untill you rotate the wheels ??1" 2" 3"? thanks harold

Mine don't move on the rims like the old ones with the tube
