Large October Event coming together. Nostalgia Alcohol F/C's

Our 2nd Annual Capitol Raceway show is shaping up to be HUGE! We will have an EIGHT car booked in field! Plus we are offering alternate spots for any Nostalgia Funny Car team that wants to make a pass or two on a very wide very smooth track! ESE wants to finalize the flyer in the next couple of days.

If you are interested in coming in as an alternate, let us know asap. Car, Driver and Crew get in FREE! The quickest alternate will make round money if they enter the show when a show car can not make the call. This show has the potential to grow into something really big the next year or two!

Im holding off on the flyer and actual race announcement so we can add any team interested. This started out as a 4 car booked in show in 2012. This year the track commited to Eight cars! Who knows what 2014 will bring. This is gonna be a great show! All involved last year had a killer time.

This is a match race. These cars are all Nostalgia Bodied teams. Bunny's car is a fast car, but it will fit in nicely with the rest. Her 78 corvette is beautiful.

Last years Innaugurial Event brought the house down with Kim McKean and the Agent Orange taking the Event Championship! So what did ESE and Capitol do this year? We DOUBLED the number of FLOPPERS!

This will be a CHICAGO STYLE Event with all teams making TWO runs. The TWO overall quickest teams will go to a Third and Final round for the CHAMPIONSHIP! Will Kim McKean make it two in a row? Or will there be a NEW Champion Crowned?

Gates open at 11:00 am. Rain date will be the following day, Sunday October 13th.
