How this combo sounds and what tranny gear and rear gear to use

I have two KB half inch short deck blocks . With a standard stroke and bore I have it comes to 451 CI . I am running a new Blower Shop 14/71 hi helix full retro with billet roters and billet case . I have Veny -Newberry heads and manifold that I am going to run . This seams like a small CI so I was wondering what gear ratios to go with . Any help will be appreciated . It is going in a Horton chassie with a top loader . B& J is supplying the tranny that hasn't been built yet . It also has a Bonninfante 3 disc 10" peddle he supplied . Thanks Roman
