We keep having a problem burning # 2 piston, it always has at least a 20 bigger nozzle than the rest, any ideas? 526 KB Hi Helix with Dart heads and intake.

What do you have in the hat nozzles?

What temp do you have on #2 exhaust at idle, at Stage?

Your fuel pressure might be low and you can help number 2 by squeezing down your fat holes.

We are running a .042 area with 65% through the hat. Idle temp is very close to the rest.

With the hi-helix blowers (on alcohol), we always had to run double nozzles in #1, #2, and usually even #3 ports. This was to avoid running such big port nozzles that we couldn't get good atomization. We never put anything bigger than a .065 in a port line.
    Good luck,
    Marty

I checked the computer and the temp in #2 really took off about 1 second into the run, Thanks for your input.
