Existing Group - DC Outlaws, Mid-Atlantic Area, 6 Second Racing

    The DC Outlaws drag racing organization is a non-profit group run by racers, coming up on our sixth season. Our goal is to provide a place for Outlaw or Unconventional cars to race and put on a show that makes the track owner and the fans happy. We hold races in the Mid-Atlantic region of the USA at 1/4 and 1/8 mile tracks on a heads-up 6.40/4.20 index, except for the final which has NO index. We have Blown Alcohol Dragsters and Altereds and we are looking for more Blown Alcohol cars to add to our group for 2011. If your car will run a 6 second pass, it will probably fit into our rule structure.



    Match races may be possible if you have a nostalgia oriented car!

    Nitrous Welcome!

    I changed some of the wording on the homepage to make sure we clearly state that Nitrous powered Dragsters are certainly acceptable! To be clear, any kind of cars with nitrous, gas or alcohol including carbureted, injected or blown are welcome. Any combo of engine or transmission.

    Also, I have all the links working on the website although I am short on content until first quarter 2011.

    Now that the holiday season is over I can get back to this. We have added enough cars for a decent field which the tracks will like. We still want a slightly larger field of cars to choose from so keep the calls/emails rolling. We are happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

    if there are any of u guys that can step up and run a 4.10 come to VMP and run for some real money check out are pay out see the post NEW RACING SERIES IN MD AND VA AND NC under pit buzz great pay out and not all the hassle :p
