The 2012 Thunder Jam at Piedmont Dragway was AMAZING! Grave Digger, TMNT, Spirit of Alabama Jet Dragster and Earth Shaking Entertainment's own Alcohol Burning Fuel Altereds!!!!!!

The crowd was HUGE! And with all the Exhibition teams parked in a horseshoe manner, the fans came in and they were surrounded by "The Show" cars. It was great! The crowd was wonderful! Bill Naves with his one of a kind "Extreme Pursuit" 34' Coupe would go head to head with Jim Dickey's "My Favorite Charity" 23't. It was going to be an awesome night!

Things kicked off with all the pro teams lining up and being introduced in parade fashion down the track. The announcer was really great and got the fans into it! The folks loved the rides and when "Extreme Pursuit" hit the flashing lights and siren and the kids went nuts! After all the show cars finished the parade single file, Earth Shaking Entertainment had the honor of kicking things off! We only had two runs on the new combination with Extreme Pursuit, But the cars sounded very crisp and the starting line at Piedmont was as good as any National Event track I have ever run at.

Both cars fired up as the National Anthem finished up. And with a roar both cars came up on the tires and started things of right with HUGE 1/8th mile burnouts! Dickey and Naves were backed up and rolling into the beams. Not knowing quite what the track would handle Naves left at a lower RPM while Dickey was screaming. The two staged and the tree fell! "Extreme Pursuit" with all the flashing lights and the whaling siren was out first with a KILLER .972 60ft time just ahead of Dickey's .988 60ft. The two were hauling, Naves started to shake left a bit at the top end and had to lift, but the "Extreme Pursuit" still ran a monster 4.12 at ONLY 155 MPH! But it was Dickey that took the win in "My Favorite Charity" and ran a Thunderous 3.89 at 188 MPH!!!!! (a career best MPH).

The crowd went NUTS for these cars!

Behind us the Jet and the Monster put on an awesome show! Our Alterds ran some impressive numbers with 3.89, 3.92, 4.00 and 4.12! When the cars were not hauling tail, they were sideways!

The folks at IHRA and Piedmont Dragway really stepped up and put on a great show! Thanks to all involved, especially our fans! We couldn't do it with out you!
