We run the Auto Meter Data Logger in our TAFC, works great! A lot cheaper than we were quoted from Racepak too...

 

Our TAFC tem just bought an autometer data logger too and it was a good 1,000 dollars cheaper then what racepak wanted and it appears to be just as good

When it's time to upgrade, quit or whatever....see what you can get for it used compared to any other brand. We've just about blown the body off our car and it keeps on ticking after taking a licking.

Have tried both / RACEPAK superior product and support. Worth the price, don't need to buy twice....like me! Brownman and the FNG's

 

Just my experience here, but I've ran both and prefer the Autometer Datalogger. It has been more reliable, and is much more cost efficient. All upgrades/changes can be done in the car at with no service fee. We've broke brakets and drug the thing down the track by the wires, on more than one occasion. As soon as we reconnected the battery leads, we were able to download the run up to the point it pulled that lead off. Service has been super, and as mentioned before, everything is cheaper.
Better and cheaper, that's what I like.

We have a Auto meter Danny, its never let us down. In your case engine RPM and drive shaft speed, couple pressures would help a lot.

 

Racepak's V-300 is a inexpensive alternative to the more costly units.
8 egts, rpm, drive shaft, boost, fuel pressure, oil pressure , temp and flow meter for under $4K. (please note: We already had the flow meter itself. Approx $800)

 

Datalogger from auto meter...only don't buy it from autometer ! ! !!

He built it for autometer and still builds then better and cheaper than Autometer....also ifyou need tech help you can call him at 405-495-0454 in Oklahoma. He answers the phone so you get to talk to the designer and builder when you have a question. If it's possible he can do it!!!!

Maybe I just fell off the face of the earth or something, but was anyone else not aware that MSD purchased Racepak? I was wondering when it happened?

race pac, auto meter, altronics... the best luck in 1st place was the auto meter in 2nd place race pac and never buy a altronics it is pure JUNK I have tried them all. I have to agree with Marty Thacker for the $$$$ you cant beat it and the tech support is GREAT, 24hr 7 days a week I know we have called the cell number tech line...good luck... Dave Lowe
