Cylinder Bore & Other Component Prep

With blown meth, and/or %'s of nitro, is there much benefit to be had from cylinder wall bore treatments such as Nikasil or others? Likewise, what about either cryo treatment of the block & parts, or, metalax treatment of the block & parts. We're at the stage of one of our projects where we could try any of the above, and we've been wanting to try these out of curiousity for awhile now. Wondered if anyone had any real world drag race engine feedback for these topics? Is it worth the $$ or not?
