Guys, I have compiled the most extensive stats ever for the TAD Class comparing A/Fuelers and BAD's head to head for the 2002 and 2003 season. Go to my site and draw your own conclusions.

    Great job Dean

Do you have stats on % of cars that did not qualify?

    Dean,
Good post and I am sure that took sometime to organize. You know all the numbers and facts are important at times when stats are needed to prove a point. Changes are needed to provide Parity between the two types of cars no doubt. They need to be applied and monitored.
Racers need to understand (and I think most do) that in a class where two totally different types of cars are mixed in as the TAD's and A/Fuelers, that change will be an on going thing -Parity is a necessary factor that NHRA must maintain.
Just as myself, there are teams that want to run blown cars - PERIOD. Just as there are A/Fuel guys out there with the same passion.
If this this cannot be accepted by the individual teams - the alternatives are slim.
Again - Thanks for the effort

    Dan,
How fast do you think you can make your car run?

    :D Just a note:
30 cars entered, 11 AFD - 19 BAD, 10 AFD qualified - 6 BAD qualified, top five spots AFD.

ET difference between quickest AFD and quickest BAD right at a tenth.

    Just my observation
