DMPE is offering coating for blower rotors. Just wondering if anyone has done this and is.it worth the money. how much boost did you gain, how long does it last. thanks for the replies. Matt

Most guys coating their rotors will not give that secret away. If they are PSI rotors and you get them coated then PSI will not recert the blower for NHRA. If outlaw screw blower or a Rootes blower then you will see some gain. I think how much would depend on the condition of the blower now. If it is an old blower that needs work then you maybe wasting your time. If it is a good blower then it is worth it. There are other mods that you can also have DMPE that will help.

Whats the cost? I guess that will help decide if its "worth it"!

As far as been worth would depend on how much you are pushing the car. If you have done everything and you are still not competive then it is not going to perform miracles. If you are very competive and always at or near the top then it would be worth it. If you gots lots of $$$bucks$$$ and you can afford it then do it. It is all part of the horsebucks equation.
