Capital Raceway is now OPEN!

For those of you that haven't heard, Capital Raceway is under new management and will be OPEN for the 2012 season.

Some changes include a NEW racing surface being laid down within the next few weeks. Our group, the DC Outlaws, will be the first high-horsepwer cars to race on the new surface.

More changes expected and they all sound good although I am not sure what is firm yet so we will have to just be patient with the new management.
