Can anyone fix gouges in billet high helix rotors without replacing them? I had a butterfly screw come loose and as luck would have it it fell in the blower!

Yeah andy the rotors probably have 4 or 5 gouges on the lobes can they be repaired good as new and considerably cheaper than replacing the rotors?

Thank you very much andy actually I just shipped it back to the blower shop today since it was their blower and I will see what they say and if I don’t like it I will ship it to you and see what you can do with it. Thank you!

Also andy does anyone ever run a screen gasket on their race blowers and would it cause a restriction or any power loss??? A screen definitely would have prevented this issue!

I little dab of silicone on the bolt will also prevent from happening, the bolt won’t vibrate loose or come out, but with the silicone the bolt is still able to be removed easily
