A little Birdie told me NHRA flipped out when they found out the paint was more expensive than a gallon of Paris Hilton's favorite perfume. They may have even considered rescinding the rule. Suddenly we see this rebate.

Some day I'll figure out how to make a rule which requires everyone to use something I can buy at Home Depot for $10.00, rip the label off, claim it's something else and then charge $1,000 for it.

Works for me.
