2007 rules changes ?

    today i heard that NHRA is going to require billet blocks in TAD and TA/FC in 2007. anybody else hear this , or is my source full of BS JW

    Bullshit I hope!!

    :( I hope this is bullshit. The top fuel cars were making way more power than any TAD with these same blocks. Just in case NHRA hasn't noticed the TAD a-fuel teams probably have the lowest incident of oil downs in drag racing for high horsepower classes. If this happens it will just be another of NHRA's mindless decesions that blanket everone and causes even more expense. If they want to stop oildowns go after the guilty parties. I don't know who exactly that is but its like punishing the whole class for one persons bad behavior. If there is a problem it will take care of itself in the near future. :mad:

    Wow that would be an incredibly rediculous rule. Sure hope that's a bad rumor.
