1200 pumps leaking?

I use the 1200 pumps on my car, but i have a requring problem of them leaking from the axle, i have two pumps that have leaked, both i changed the seals in but they start leaking really fast. What is going on why is this happening and how do i sort this out? This weekend we ended up putting on a new pump which seems ok so far.
