Anyone have any info on 11 deg. or 12 deg heads with a blower? How does the blower like the small chambers? How does the heads compare with 18 deg. or 14.5 deg. heads. Trying to find the best head for a chevy combo with a 4.84 bore spacing new century block.

I know of a few guy's running the 12* Ray Franks/Raptor style heads that seem to make good power. On the wedge engines that I build, I like the 1802 Brodix 18* because they are very dependable and the price for heads and componets are reasonable. The 14.5* Brodix is a few more dollars but offers a stronger rocker design. On a blown engine you will make more power in the blower and fuel system than minor changes in head design. Buy some that are dependable so you can make plenty passes to tune your setup. You can call me if you need info on some of the things I do to install the heads on the New Century blocks.
