Dave Hill will be driving Bob & Chris Holleys A-fuel dragster at Houston Raceway Park this coming weekend. Dave will be driving his own car this year. Dave will get his NHRA license this weekend so that he will be ready to go when his car is finished.
Time permitting Will Hanna's dad will also be making a couple of partial runs to count toward his license.
Anyone else that may have an intrest in crossing their top alcohol license over, doing an upgrade or a complete session in the future contact: Bob Holley 979-230-0582 or email bobholley33@yahoo.com.

Looks like the weather will cooperate. Should be in the low 80's. Eat your heart out all you guys above the Mason Dixion Line.

    Dave's Runs

Dave will be a great driver of an a-fuel car. He made three intermedeate runs.
The racetrack on Sat. was so bad from a new traction compound the track was trying that no one and I mean no one could get off the starting line. We made one attempt and the car spun the tires so hard it jumped off the ground. On Daves first full pass at noon on Sunday even though the car was set up soft and had only 92 % nitro and very little mag lead he ran a straight and true 5.76 et at 241 mph. His worst reaction time in 5 runs was .077.
Dave is really a cool headed guy and a nice person to boot. We were not able to make the final run but will do so on the test day before the Dallas divisional.

    Exciting A/Fuel Weekend

Thanks for the positive comments guys. When you're surrounded by great guys with great abilities to teach, it makes it easier to relax, focus & get down the track. I had a really good time and look forward to my final pass in Dallas where we will run a 5.40 @ 265mph (ha, ha just kidding). I recommend Bobby & Chris Holley's Drag Racing School to anyone interested in driving A/Fuel dragsters, upgrading or crossing over. You couldn't ask for a better group of guys! Look for my post with picture on our website www.nitrofeverracing.com. Dave Hill
