Lenco upgrade

    I’m currently running a course spline 3 speed CS1 in my Nostalgia BB/FC. I broke a reverser shaft (don’t exactly like the way it was machined) I’ve been told it’s time to upgrade. I have a call in to Lenco, but while I’m waiting for a call back I thought I’d get your take. Are there parts available to change the gear sets over?
    Car is 2300# running low 6’s

    I've seen some good deals on cs1 fine spline one the Internet. Seems like $2500 buys a 3 speed now. And I just got one of the new billet cases and those are super nice. But he is hard to get ahold of. Last time he called back I could barely hear his voice over the sound is cnc machines.

    By the time you buy new helo sprags, get the reverser case machined to take the newer sprags, and change all the sun gears, reverser shaft and maybe the input shaft you might as well buy a whole used fine spline unit. If it was mei would switch to a big shaft CS-2. Every weak point in a CS1 was fixed in the CS-2

    what ratios are you running. I have a fine slpine CS-! for sale with 2 - 31 gearsets witch makes a 1.71first gear . I may have some other gearsets but would have to look
