    Hi all,

Not posted for a while. Have a question around clutch floaters... we're in a position to be able to make our own but wondered if someone could elaborate on the actual material? All I keep reading is boiler steel...

We can Rockwell of course but also don't want a material too hard...

Any help would be great, thank you.

PS - this is used in a Crower 10.7" 2 plate

I run 572 grade 50 on my top fuel bike. I have the floaters cnc laser cut, then finish stand slots on the mill. Next step is to have them normalized, then grind and cut cutters.
